Led by classically-trained Sound Healing Master Sally Minh, this ceremony will transport you into states of deep relaxation, rejuvenation and insight.

Feel yourself cocooned into a metamorphose of transcendental rhythmic tones as Sally Minh utilizes ancient sound healing principles in the weaving and layering of specific sequences of notes and tones, dissolving underlying stress and bringing balance and harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.

While in this sacred space of symphonic sound, transcendental states of self-discovery are experienced, where there is connection with the Sanctuary of the Self. Many listeners report deep insights, wisdom and transformative states of bliss. Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing of various ailments have also been reported!

About Sally Minh

Sally Minh's spiritual journey began in Bodghaya, India, at the ancient stupa (temple) enshrining the Bodhi Tree under which the Buddha attained enlightenment. There she studied and helped facilitate Tibetan Buddhist meditations, teachings, sound pujas and retreats at the Root Institute for Wisdom Culture.

Sally Minh later studied with traditional sound healing masters in Kathmandu & Bali. Her professional studies include the classical tradition of Tibetan-Himalayan Singing Bowls, Sound Healing & Meditation, and West African drumming, singing & dance, with events in the U.S. and internationally.

Sally Minh’s sound healing and musicianship spans over 15 years, including concert piano, professional sound healing and West African drumming, singing and dance events.

About Allison Wolfstar

Allison Wolfstar is the founder and clinic director of Colorado Family Acupuncture. A graduate of the Colorado Chinese Medicine University, she holds a Master’s degree in Chinese medicine and herbology. Allison has a deep love for acupuncture and Chinese herbal treatments for their power to change lives. Allison believes in caring for patients from a holistic approach, where the patient is seen as a whole person, rather than a collection of symptoms. She is deeply committed to understanding her patient and working in collaboration to improve their quality of life. Her approach is gentle, respectful, and will work with the patient, at their pace, to restore balance to their body and mind.

Allison has lived in Colorado most of her life. She is a proud member of her tribal nation and supports the indigenous communities. She enjoys snowboarding, hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family.

Allison treats patients of all ages and fully supports the LGBTQAI+, disabled, neurodivergent, and minority communities.

Helpful Info for Attendees

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on. Feel free to bring an extra blanket, pillow and eye mask for further comfort, and water for hydration.

There is ample free parking in the parking lot.

Attendees are highly encouraged to arrive 10 - 15 minutes early since doors close promptly for preparation of sacred space.
